BBI Immobilien, a company established in the Berlin market since 1995, is undertaking a comprehensive realignment of its leadership and service offering. A trio of entrepreneurs, Phil Radtke, Nadine Vigansky, and Maximilian Vigansky, are acquiring stakes in the long-standing company on Kurfürstendamm through their respective investment firms. They will now take over the management of the core business, which includes residential properties and capital investments.
Parallel to this restructuring, Andreas Krone, the company's managing director, will expand the industrial and logistics division. This strategic decision aims to broaden BBI Immobilien's service portfolio and strengthen its presence in various market segments. Integration into the NAI Germany Partners network via NAI apollo is considered an additional opportunity for expansion in the commercial market and for engaging international partners in Berlin.
Phil Radtke assumes the role of CEO and Managing Director, primarily responsible for the residential division and capital investment business. His expertise is based on his previous work in lead generation and sales for ImmoScout24 and his involvement in establishing the first Keller Williams location in Berlin. He also founded Pentos Real Estate. As an IHK and EIA-certified real estate agent, he brings market knowledge, sales strength, and entrepreneurial experience to the company's realignment. Nadine Vigansky, as COO, is responsible for BBI Immobilien's operational business and sales strategy. She is a certified real estate agent (IHK) and has experience in building and managing sales teams, including at Aroundhome, where she led a team of 140 sales employees. Her focus is on implementing measurable results, establishing clear responsibilities, and ensuring efficient customer service that combines quality, speed, and reliability.
Maximilian Vigansky, in his role as CDO & CFO and Managing Director, is responsible for digitisation and finance. He is a licensed real estate agent as well as a construction finance and insurance broker (IHK), thus covering a broad spectrum from brokerage to financing and security. Previously, he spent eight years in sales, marketing, and recruiting at VIAFON GmbH. At BBI Immobilien, he will establish an AI-supported marketing and process platform. This platform is intended to optimise data-based pricing and improve automated customer engagement. This aims to relieve agents and provide owners and buyers with faster, data-based valuations.
To strengthen the commercial and logistics real estate market, the Berlin team was joined on 1st July by Leon Westner, who previously worked at Logivest. He will oversee this sector and be responsible for its further development. Andreas Krone summarises the strategic development by describing BBI Immobilien's transformation into a full-service house that will integrate residential, capital investment, and commercial under one brand. The combination of the new leadership team in the residential segment and the use of the NAI apollo network form the basis for this strategic expansion.
