This transaction, which was conducted off-market directly with the previous owner, is part of the company's ongoing strategy to strengthen its residential portfolio. The property in Langerstraße in Düsseldorf-Flingern comprises approximately 500 square metres of living space, divided into 11 residential units, on a plot of about 424 square metres. The property, which was previously family-owned, is described as being very well maintained. Details of the transaction were not disclosed by the parties involved.
