BNP Paribas Real Estate (BNPPRE) has agreed an alliance with FORT VEGA, a real estate advisory firm from Ljubljana. This partnership marks BNPPRE's first collaboration in Slovenia and serves to further solidify the company's European network.
The cooperation focuses exclusively on the advisory sector and enables BNP Paribas Real Estate to offer its clients in Slovenia an expanded portfolio of services. This includes real estate services for transactions in investment and leasing, as well as specialised expertise for commercial properties. By combining FORT VEGA's local market knowledge with BNP Paribas Real Estate's European network, both partners aim to optimise their geographical reach and develop cross-border synergies.
Strategic Expansion and Market Development
Laurent Boucher, Deputy Chief Executive of BNP Paribas Real Estate International and Chairman of BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory France, commented on this development. He emphasised that this alliance in Slovenia represents another milestone in the expansion of the international network, which now encompasses 24 countries, ten of which are covered by alliance partners. Boucher highlighted that the partnership with FORT VEGA enables the combination of in-depth local market knowledge with European expertise. He thereby underlined BNPPRE's endeavour to offer services, together with leading market players, that are optimally tailored to the specific requirements of the respective market.
