The renowned mixed-use campus in West Hollywood, the Pacific Design Center, is seeing a series of new leases and renewals. The owner, Cohen Brothers Realty Corp., has successfully concluded over a dozen tenant agreements totalling 76,100 square feet for the area. The company recently announced this.
The distinctive "red, green, and blue" buildings of the 1.6 million square foot complex stretch along San Vicente Boulevard and Melrose Avenue, opposite West Hollywood Park. The recent transactions include a variety of tenants from furniture design, interior decor, and gastronomy sectors.
Key Contracts in Detail
The largest single contract concerns the furniture manufacturer A. Rudin, which extended its lease for eleven years and will move into an 11,000 square foot flagship showroom in the Blue Building. In addition to A. Rudin, other well-known companies have either newly established themselves or expanded their presence.

Other new tenants include Brooklinen with 1,500 square feet. Furthermore, several existing tenants have either expanded their premises or renewed their contracts. Janus et Cie and DEDON each secured 5,000 square foot showrooms, Schumacher retained 4,100 square feet, Aran Cucine renewed 3,500 square feet, and Samuel & Sons renewed 2,500 square feet.
Gastronomy and Further Developments
In the gastronomy sector, Très LA signed an eleven-year lease for approximately 6,000 square feet on the ground floor of the Green Building. Additionally, Community Goods will open on Melrose Avenue, and the Detour Food Truck concept is also planned for the Pacific Design Center. These tenants complement the existing offerings and contribute to the attractiveness of the location.
Matthew Breliant, Senior Vice President at Cohen Brothers Realty, represented the ownership side in the recent transactions. The current showroom and gastronomy agreements follow almost 96,000 square feet of office leases, which were concluded in September. These tenants include SuperOrdinary, Hourglass Cosmetics, Pattern Beauty, Princess Polly, and Grindr, highlighting the versatile use of the campus.
