This figure is within the average level of the past five years, as outlined in the current report by a global real estate consultancy. A total of 60 transactions were recorded, representing an increase of 15 cases compared to the same period last year. This indicates increased market activity despite a more moderate overall volume. The average deal size was approximately 11 million Euros.
Investment Structure and Prime Yields

The hotel and logistics segments each contributed 10 per cent to the total volume. A significant share of 20 per cent was attributed to 'Other', highlighting the breadth of investment opportunities in Cologne.
