In the north of Hamburg, in the new development quarter at Hebebrandstraße 2, a car park solution is being implemented by Die Parkerei GmbH. The company is responsible for the complete management of the public car park spaces. A digital system is being used there, which addresses the requirements of different user groups in the mixed-use quarter and is designed for maximum flexibility.
The quarter in question is located near Rübenkamp S-Bahn station. It integrates various types of use, ranging from residential and student accommodation to a supermarket, a day-care centre, and a medical practice. The structural design of the complex comprises several buildings, with individual blocks reaching up to 11 and 18 storeys respectively.
Digital car park management
Within the scope of this project, a total of 122 underground car park spaces are available. The management of these capacities is the responsibility of Die Parkerei GmbH. The system implemented for this purpose is intelligently designed and aims to meet the diverse needs. This applies to residents of the quarter as well as commercial operators and visitors who require short-term or long-term parking options.
The digital control system applied is designed for high user-friendliness; it aims to make operations equally efficient. This allows for precise adaptation to changing requirements and optimisation of the utilisation of the available car park spaces. The installation of this system reflects the current trend towards improving urban infrastructures through technical solutions.
The integration of such a solution into a mixed-use quarter, which combines residential, commercial, and social facilities, is characteristic of modern urban development concepts. These concepts aim to increase the quality of life for residents and users through optimised mobility services. Die Parkerei GmbH offers specific expertise in this context.
