DJ Moore, wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills, has put his impressive villa in Charlotte, North Carolina, up for sale at a price of US$5.225 million. This move comes as he prepares for the next season of his NFL career in New York.
Moore, who was drafted by the Carolina Panthers as the 24th overall pick in 2018, acquired the Lake Wylie property during his time with the franchise. He retained the property even after leaving Charlotte in 2023. The estate spans almost four acres of waterfront land and combines contemporary architecture with resort-style amenities in one of the region's premier residential communities.
Exclusive Features and Location
DJ Moore's modern residence is secluded behind private gates in the exclusive 'The Sanctuary' community. It is deeply embedded in a wooded area, with the main house, pool, and a detached garage accessible via a long private driveway. Approaching the house, one side opens to an expansive forecourt connecting the main garage with two additional garage spaces in a separate building. The detached garage also features an upper, as yet undeveloped space, already fitted with water and electrical connections and ready for conversion.
A short flight of steps leads under a covered entrance to a large pivot front door, framed by black-framed windows and white shingle siding. The interior of the house boasts a spacious living room with 3.6-meter high ceilings and bright French oak parquet flooring, which extends across the open-plan living area. A combination of anthracite sofas and curved lounge chairs forms the central seating area beneath a large round brass chandelier. A long, linear fireplace is integrated into the opposite wall below the television.
Behind the living area, the staircase ascends through the centre of the house, featuring black geometric railings that match the door frames and external details. On the waterfront side, glass doors spanning almost the entire width of the room open onto a covered terrace, extending the space through the trees to panoramic views of Lake Wylie.
