The former Dürselen Immobilien GmbH will operate as SIERA Property Management GmbH from 1 July 2026. According to the company, this rebranding is a visible external expression of the internal development within the SIERA Group. In the recent past, the company's internal structures and processes have been intensively revised, and its organisational and strategic integration into the overall group has been expanded.
This rebranding aims to clearly communicate the company's new direction to the market. SIERA Property Management intends to place an increased focus on structured processes, transparent communication, and the topics of digitalisation, reporting, and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) in the future. The objective is to prepare property-related data and decision-making bases more precisely and comprehensibly for owners and investors.
Strategic Realignment and Continuity
Jan Rudelle, Managing Director of SIERA Property Management GmbH, stated that the rebranding serves to make the current corporate values visible: "With SIERA Property Management, we are making visible what we stand for today: personal support, professional standards, and a clear forward-looking perspective with a focus on sustainability in every respect." This statement underscores the intended connection between proven approaches and future-oriented developments. Sustainability aspects are to be considered across all business areas.
At the group level, too, the name change is viewed as a logical and necessary step in the strategic evolution. Florian von Tucher, Chairman of the Group Management Board, explained that the renaming is an important step in the further development of the entire group. This view confirms the coherent corporate strategy, which envisions stronger integration of the individual business units.
- —Continuity in customer care: Existing clients and partners retain their contacts and familiar structures.
- —Process optimisation: SIERA Property Management is committed to further optimising internal workflows.
- —Focus on digitalisation and reporting: Improving data preparation for investors and owners.
- —Strengthening ESG integration: Sustainability aspects are comprehensively considered in the corporate strategy.
For existing clients and partners, the rebranding results in no significant changes to the established cooperation. The contacts and existing service and communication structures remain unchanged. This ensures a smooth continuation of business and underscores the consistency in customer relationships despite the company's internal and external realignment. The transformation thus aims to improve efficiency and strategic alignment without affecting operational relationships.
