The Five E Group is reorganising its leadership structure in the autumn. Michael Scharf, who held operational responsibility for ten years, will join the group's advisory board from October 2024. In this context, he will relinquish his managing director roles at Fleesensee Holding and Feriendorf Ganzlin GmbH. The planned transition to his advisory board function is scheduled for October 2026, during which time he will support the group's management with his expertise.
This change represents an orderly transition from an operational role to an advisory capacity within the Five E Group. Continuity in corporate leadership is ensured: Mario Reincke remains in his role as a long-standing managing director. The leadership team will also be strengthened by Gunnar Gust, who has been active for several months and brings additional expertise in hospitality and management.

His operational responsibilities as managing director for Weiße Wiek Holding and its subsidiaries, as well as Green Energy GmbH, remain unchanged. Michael Scharf continues to be actively involved there. This structure ensures that his specific competence in these areas will continue to be directly utilised.

With the newly established leadership, the Five E Group is focusing on the further development and expansion of the corporate group. The aim is the targeted enhancement of the existing portfolio of locations, brands, and leisure offerings.
