FOUR PARX, a project developer specialising in commercial and logistics properties, has appointed Jörg Weiland to the position of Head of Project Management. He will officially assume office on 1 October 2026. In his future role, Mr Weiland will be responsible for the successful realisation of all projects and the leadership of the entire project team.
Mr Weiland brings over 30 years of professional experience from the construction industry, approximately two decades of which were spent in project management for logistics and industrial properties. His most recent position involved leading project management at Gateway Real Estate AG. Prior to that, he held various senior positions at Goldbeck Südwest, where he served as, among other things, Head of Key Account Rhein-Main branch and assumed responsibility as Head of Project Management for a team of approximately 30 employees in the execution teams.
Extensive expertise and previous engagements
Mr Weiland's further professional roles include project management in turnkey construction at List Bau Rhein-Main and a project manager position at Bremer. Notably, Mr Weiland previously worked for FOUR PARX from 2008 to 2014, when it was known as nextparx. During this time, he held the position of Head of Construction and was an authorised signatory. His responsibilities included project development of logistics properties, as well as client representation and the management of general contractors.
