Rainbowroad Pinball GmbH has signed a long-term lease for approximately 535 square metres of office space. The commercial property is located at Hanauer Landstrasse 417 and provides the company with the physical premises for its future business operations in Frankfurt am Main.
The tenant is a newly formed start-up preparing to roll out a specialised event concept for corporate functions at this location. Crucial to the decision were functional property characteristics that meet the requirements for business gatherings and prospective guests.

Moritz Metka, Managing Partner of Rainbowroad Pinball GmbH, explained the significance of the property for the company's launch in the context of the deal.
