The new settlement in the Skyline Tower underlines the importance of the location for companies in the technology sector and in the field of digital security.
Advisory during the transaction
Two advisory firms were involved in the leasing of the office space. STOCK REAL ESTATE GmbH acted as advisor for Trufflepig IT-Forensics GmbH. On behalf of the owner, Bayerische Hausbau RE & Co. KG, the process was managed by Cushman & Wakefield. The successful transaction reflects the ongoing demand for high-quality office space in prominent Munich locations.
The Skyline Tower as a location
The Skyline Tower is one of the striking office properties in the northern Munich city area. The building, designed by architect Helmut Jahn, shapes the architectural silhouette of Parkstadt Schwabing with its height of nearly 85 metres. In addition to its significant presence, the location offers modern office structures that meet the requirements of contemporary work environments.
Trufflepig IT-Forensics' choice of location is also based on the excellent infrastructural connectivity of the Skyline Tower. This includes both optimal accessibility via public transport and a direct connection to the A9 motorway, which ensures mobility for employees and business partners and makes the location attractive.
