The international, AI-powered booking platform Fresha is intensifying its activities in German-speaking countries. To support this growth trajectory, the company has established a new branch in the heart of Berlin. This location is intended to serve as a central operational base to sustainably strengthen its market presence in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and to expand its business. Fresha classifies the DACH region as one of the most important markets in the beauty, wellness, and self-care sector in Europe.
Concurrently with the office opening, Mazen Tadli has been appointed General Manager Germany. Mr. Tadli will be responsible for building the local team and establishing relationships with companies and industry partners, working in close consultation with Fresha's global leadership. His role also includes supporting beauty and wellness businesses in implementing the Fresha platform for bookings, payment processing, customer acquisition, and business management. The company also plans to create 100 new sales positions in Germany to accompany the next phase of expansion.
Strategic Direction and Local Expertise
Mr. Tadli's appointment marks the beginning of a locally driven growth strategy in the DACH region. Fresha intends to combine its global technology infrastructure with a profound understanding of the regional market. This is intended to benefit businesses of various sizes, from self-employed beauty specialists and owner-operated studios to larger entities with multiple locations and established brands. Mazen Tadli stated that the beauty and wellness industries in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are highly developed and are seeking technologies that support both daily operations and long-term growth.
Mr. Tadli has over twelve years of experience in technology, business development, and commercial leadership, with a focus on scaling digital platforms in the gastronomy and hospitality sectors. Prior to his role at Fresha, he spent over six years at the restaurant technology company Flipdish. He began there as Country Manager for the DACH region and later assumed the position of General Manager for DACH and France. In these roles, he was responsible for regional market development and supported independent gastronomic businesses in implementing technologies to strengthen their operations and digital revenue.
