Goldbeck Services GmbH, a division of the Europe-wide construction and services company Goldbeck, achieved a consolidated total output of 448.7 million Euros in the 2025/26 financial year. This represents growth of approximately 83.4 million Euros compared to the previous year and underscores the company's continued expansion in the market for integrated, building-related property services.

Dr. Andreas Iding, Managing Director of Goldbeck Services GmbH, highlighted that demand for integrated property services continued to grow in the past financial year. This is reflected in both the positive business development and the trust of clients, as well as the increasing importance of holistic, single-source solutions. For private and public property owners, this creates valuable properties that meet ecological, economic, and social requirements.

According to Dr. Iding, the continuously growing demands on properties result from economic uncertainties, geopolitical tensions, volatile regulatory frameworks, and changing user needs. These factors lead to a challenging market environment for property owners. Resilience, supply security, and sustainability are becoming decisive factors for the economic success, value stability, and future viability of properties. These challenges are being addressed with client-oriented services throughout the entire property lifecycle.

Key Growth Drivers at a Glance

Goldbeck Facility Services GmbH achieved a total output of 133.1 million Euros, an increase of 11.2 per cent compared to the previous year. This development was supported by expanded mandates from existing clients, as well as numerous new contracts and the acquisition of new clients. The market position was strengthened across various asset classes, from office buildings to production and logistics properties, and public buildings. In parallel, the regional presence in Germany was expanded from six to eleven branches, with the third-party market gaining importance alongside the new construction business. Impulses also came from the Solar & Energy division, including a major contract from a Europe-wide public tender.

In the area of public partnerships, Goldbeck Public Partner GmbH recorded a total output of 162.7 million Euros. A significant factor here was the completion of four large school construction projects. The company supports public sector clients within the framework of public-private partnerships (PPPs) from planning and construction to long-term operation for up to 30 years. Completed projects include the DGNB Platinum-certified secondary school in Röhrmoos for around 900 pupils and a school campus in Nuremberg for approximately 1,100 pupils built to Passive House standards. Goldbeck Public Partner will operate both locations for 25 years. Demand for PPPs is also expanding into other areas of public infrastructure, including administrative, security, and emergency services buildings.

Goldbeck Parking Services GmbH increased its total output by 12.3 per cent to 65.7 million Euros. Growth was driven by new management mandates, including at major transport hubs such as the Central German Airports, as well as demand for maintenance and revitalisation services for car park properties. An example of the integrated approach is the multi-storey car park at the Dreiland-Klinikum in Lörrach, which was realised as part of a public-private partnership with around 900 parking spaces and will subsequently be operated for 25 years.

Strategic Importance of PPP Models

Dr. Andreas Iding further emphasised that many municipalities face the challenge of reconciling high investment needs with requirements for economic efficiency, transparency, and adherence to deadlines. At the same time, the demand for reliable and sustainable long-term operation of public infrastructure is growing. This leads to public-private partnerships increasingly coming into focus. More and more public sector clients are recognising the advantages of a lifecycle-oriented approach that combines planning, construction, and operation, thereby ensuring a high degree of cost and functional security.
