The Headstream Group recently acquired 'The Gantry' development project in Berlin-Tempelhof. The property is located directly on the Teltow Canal and comprises a plot of land measuring approximately 14,000 square metres. Planning permission has already been granted for this area, allowing for commercial use with a gross floor area (GFA) of around 47,000 square metres. Headstream intends not only to continue the existing planning concept but also to specifically optimise it to meet current market requirements.

Michel Anter, founder of the Headstream Group, commented on the acquisition. He emphasised that 'The Gantry', with its existing building rights, represents a solid basis for further development. Headstream sees this as an opportunity to precisely develop the current plans further and align them with current market needs. This underlines the company's strategic approach to selecting and managing projects.

This transaction was carried out within the framework of a multifaceted restructuring. Close cooperation between the creditor and the seller was maintained. Legal advice for Headstream was provided by the law firm KUCERA. The transaction was legally advised on behalf of the creditor by Simmons & Simmons. This constellation illustrates the complex nature of the acquisition process and the necessity of specialised expertise.

The Headstream Group focuses on real estate and projects where, in addition to adequate capital, experience in structuring and repositioning is of particular relevance. The company possesses extensive experience in handling complex real estate and transaction situations. This enables Headstream to concentrate on ventures that require a high degree of technical competence and flexible action.

Michel Anter underscored his company's specific focus. He explained that the Headstream Group is involved in areas where specialist knowledge is just as crucial as agility in thought and action. Many years of experience in repositioning complex situations, combined with a network that has grown over the years, enable the company to realise transactions that necessitate an innovative and well-founded strategy. This positions Headstream as a player specialising in challenging developments and approaching them with a high degree of strategic depth.
