IC Immobilien Gruppe is expanding its portfolio on behalf of DZ BANK. From 1 January 2027, the company will take over the commercial and accounting property management for an office ensemble spanning an area of approximately 152,000 square metres. The gradual handover of responsibilities has already begun. The property in question is the DZ BANK Campus on Platz der Republik, which serves as the bank's corporate headquarters and is centrally located in Frankfurt am Main.
The four-part multi-tenant ensemble integrates modern office spaces, primarily used by DZ BANK itself, as well as smaller retail units on the ground floor and a nursery. The architectural diversity of the campus reflects different construction phases. These include City-Haus I, which dates back to the early 1970s, and City-Haus II, built in the 1980s. This is complemented by a pavilion completed in 2016. The ensemble is rounded off by the Westendstraße 1 property, which represents a significant part of Frankfurt's banking district.
Expansion of Cooperation with DZ BANK
This mandate marks the second commission for IC Immobilien Gruppe by DZ BANK. Since March 2026, the company has already been managing the adjacent office property Fifty Avon at Mainzer Landstraße 50, which has approximately 21,000 square metres of rental space. The renewed awarding of property management to IC Immobilien Gruppe underscores the confidence in the existing cooperation and the service provider's expertise in real estate management for large and complex properties.
Sabine Giesen-Kirchhofer, Managing Director of IC Property Management GmbH, commented on the new mandate. She emphasised the importance of a mandate of this magnitude, particularly given the prominent location of the properties. The expansion of cooperation with DZ BANK is proof of the company's performance capabilities. She explained that IC Immobilien Gruppe intends to specifically optimise the management of the properties using the company's proven high standards.
The assumption of property management for the DZ BANK Campus confirms IC Immobilien Gruppe's position as a relevant player in real estate management for institutional clients. The responsibility for such an extensive and strategically important real estate portfolio in the financial centre of Frankfurt am Main represents a significant expansion of existing business activities.
