infinitSpace, the European provider of flexible workspace solutions and technology platform, has announced its entry into the United States. This follows a long-term partnership for the 612 South Broadway property in Downtown Los Angeles. The company's first US location, beyond Broadway DTLA, is scheduled to open on 2 November 2026. The agreement brings infinitSpace's asset-light operating model to one of the world's largest and most dynamic real estate markets.
The British company, already active in six European countries, will facilitate the provision of highly flexible, technology-driven coworking spaces in the United States through this expansion. This strategy aims to meet the needs of modern businesses and their employees by offering bespoke solutions for flexible working models.
Strategic Expansion into Key Markets
Wybo Wijnbergen, CEO and Co-founder of infinitSpace, commented on the strategic importance of this market entry. He emphasised that the decision to enter the US market represents a significant step for the company. The partnership in Downtown Los Angeles provides an ideal starting point to realise the vision of flexible and highly technological work environments in North America as well. He highlighted that Los Angeles, as a hub of innovation and a dynamic economic centre, offers excellent conditions for growth.
The model offered by infinitSpace enables property owners to convert their spaces into flexible offices, leveraging a comprehensive technology platform and operational expertise. This reduces the operational burden for owners while maximising the attractiveness and profitability of their properties in the flexible workspace solutions segment. The focus is on creating high-quality, productive environments that serve both individual users and large corporations.
Future Outlook and Market Adaptation
The expansion into the USA reflects infinitSpace's rapid growth in Europe, where the company has quickly established a strong presence. The experience gained from markets such as the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands will now be transferred to the American continent, adapted to local market conditions and preferences. The continuous development of technological solutions to optimise the user experience remains a priority.
