Munich-based asset manager and specialised residential property investor Inno Estate has acquired a residential complex in the Bavarian municipality of Lappersdorf near Regensburg. The acquired property comprises a total of 130 housing units, distributed over a total area of approximately 5,950 square metres. The property was built in 1972. The specific purchase price has not been disclosed.
A detailed and comprehensive energy-efficient refurbishment is planned for the property. These measures include the replacement of the facade, the windows, and a modernisation of the heating system. The defined goal of these works is to achieve energy efficiency class C, which represents a significant improvement in the building's performance.
