Continuous Development and Responsibility
In his current position as Head of Construction Management, Mr. Schreiber is responsible for the structural implementation of all project developments and for the existing properties of the group. His expertise thus extends across crucial phases of the property cycle, from acquisition to final realisation.
Julius Hendrich Junicke, Managing Partner of the JUNiCKE Group, commented on the appointment, emphasising that Mr. Schreiber had proven himself to be a vital pillar of the company over many years. He highlighted the combination of professional competence, high reliability, and entrepreneurial thinking, describing the granting of procuration as a logical consequence of this development. Carl Jobst Junicke, also a Managing Partner, underscored the strategy of relying on employees who have shaped the company's path over a longer period. He stressed that Mr. Schreiber knows the company from various perspectives and has successively built up his area of responsibility.
Nikolas Schreiber himself commented on the appointment as a special recognition and at the same time an obligation for future tasks. He looks forward positively to actively contributing to the company's development. The power of procuration underlines the appreciation for his work to date and his potential to significantly influence future decisions and projects of the JUNiCKE Group.
