The agn Group has strengthened its management in the area of project management. From 1 September 2026, Linda Fährmann will hold this position, thereby taking on essential tasks within the company. Her appointment underlines agn’s focus on the professional management of complex construction projects and the strategic development of general planning.
Ms Fährmann’s responsibilities include supporting major projects within the context of general planning, as well as overarching functions in cross-site capacity and work planning. She also shares responsibility for project acquisition, which includes both public and private clients. These diverse responsibilities reflect her extensive expertise.
Expertise and leadership ambition
As a qualified architect, Linda Fährmann possesses many years of experience in managing complex general planning and major projects. Her career path recently led her to the office management of Gerber Architekten, where she acquired relevant skills in leading and coordinating large teams and projects. Her approach to project work is characterised by a comprehensive understanding, in which the successful cooperation of all parties involved is considered crucial for adhering to quality, deadlines, and costs.
Linda Fährmann emphasises that successful projects are based on a shared understanding developed early on and a collaborative partnership among all participants. For her, this forms the basis for quality, reliability, and sustainable results. Her perspective is reflected in her additional qualification as a business mediator and Lean Construction expert according to VDI 2553, which underlines her interdisciplinary approach.
