The Lindhorst Group, a family-run company active in the construction and real estate sectors, in cooperation with WOHNWERKimmopulse GmbH, has developed the Wolthäuser Höfe building area on the southern outskirts of Wolthausen, a district of Winsen, to readiness for construction. Development plan No. 10 "Alte Dorfstraße" came into force in summer 2025 and forms the legal basis for the future development of the areas. This step enables the creation of new housing, which is intended to integrate into the existing settlement structure.
Christian Puls, Managing Director of the Lindhorst Group and responsible for the project, commented on the development, emphasising that the planned construction west of Alte Dorfstraße would harmoniously blend into the adjacent settlement structure. He expressed his gratitude to all involved parties for the preliminary planning work that enabled this infill development. The plots are offered at a fixed square metre price of 110 Euro plus ancillary purchase costs.
Details of the Building Plots and the Development Plan
The total of 15 building plots extend west of the footpath along Alte Dorfstraße in 29308 Wolthausen, Lower Saxony, towards a field area. To the north and south, already inhabited farmsteads adjoin. Jannik Randolph, Managing Director of WOHNWERKimmopulse, highlighted that buyers will become part of an existing, friendly neighbourhood with a rural character. The development plan, through its stipulations, ensures that the new detached houses integrate appropriately and that the village appearance is maintained.
- —Six plots have an area of 900 square metres.
- —Four plots each comprise 961 square metres.
- —Five plots are 1,030 square metres in size.

Development plan No. 10 prescribes an open, detached construction method for single-family homes, adapted to the existing village edge.
