Lödige Industries has completed the integration of Swiss-Park into its corporate structure as of 1 October 2026. This transaction aims to diversify and expand the offering of space-efficient parking solutions and modern mobility infrastructure for customers. Swiss-Park will continue to operate in the market as an independent brand under the name "Swiss-Park – a Lödige Industries company".
Swiss-Park is an established specialist in fully and semi-automatic parking systems, double stackers, car lifts and car turntables. The company has many years of project experience in European and international markets. As part of its new corporate affiliation, Swiss-Park will function as a centre of excellence for double stacker solutions within the Lödige Industries Group. The accumulated expertise will contribute to the further development of joint technologies.
Expanded technology portfolio and synergies
The bundling of complementary technologies, engineering expertise and international project management experience from both companies leads to the creation of a comprehensive portfolio. This now includes car lifts, mechanical and fully automatic parking systems. In view of urban densification, limited space availability and increasing demands on mobility and sustainability, intelligent parking solutions are gaining importance globally. Project developers, municipalities, mobility providers and operators will benefit in future from an expanded range of services and additional technical expertise for diverse requirements.
Philippe De Backer, CEO of Lödige Industries, stated that Swiss-Park excellently complements Lödige Industries' technological profile and quality standards. He emphasised that together, the companies will be better positioned in the future to support customers along the entire value chain and to expand their market position in the DACH region, Europe and internationally. Dr. Tobias Wennekamp, Chief Product Officer of Lödige Industries, added that market analyses predicted consistently strong growth for the global automated parking systems market in the coming years. The creation of competence synergies thus forms the basis for disproportionate participation in this development and the further expansion of the international market position.
Continuity and future orientation
Hans-Dieter Frick, founder and managing director of Swiss-Park, commented that in Lödige Industries, the right partner for the future had been found. He referred to the shared high technical standards, the strong engineering culture and the consistent focus on customer benefits. Customers would now benefit from an expanded portfolio and an international presence. Hans-Dieter Frick will continue to accompany this path as a consultant.
Swiss-Park's independence in the market will be retained. Existing customer relationships, ongoing projects and business activities will continue without interruption. All employees will be retained. The parties involved have agreed not to disclose the terms of the transaction, particularly the purchase price.
