The specialist consultant Logivest facilitated the brokerage of a comprehensive logistics property in Kitzingen, Lower Franconia. The exclusive mandate covered a total of approximately 6,700 square metres, which were handed over to a textile service provider. The owner of the space is Cabot Properties, a globally active logistics real estate investor, owner, and operator.

The lease concerned an initial occupancy. The textile service provider was explicitly looking for opportunities to expand its storage capacities and preferred a location geographically close to one of its existing sites. Logivest was able to offer the suitable property from Cabot Properties for this purpose.

Property Features and Location Advantages

The brokered unit includes a modern warehouse hall with approximately 6,000 square metres of storage space. Additionally, around 700 square metres of office space are available. The hall is characterised by a height of 12 metres and is accessible via seven ramps and one ground-level door. These specifications contribute to operational efficiency.

The location in Kitzingen offers high transport accessibility. The interchange of motorways A 3 and A 7 is in the immediate vicinity. These motorways represent central traffic arteries, enabling both North-South and East-West connections. This means that national destinations and neighbouring economic regions are efficiently reachable, highlighting the logistical importance of the site.

Statements from those Involved

Stefan Moor, Head of Industrial & Logistics (Letting) at the Logivest Group in Nuremberg, emphasised that Logivest's aim is to find every tenant a property that optimally meets their individual requirements. He explained that in this specific case, the user's requirements and the property harmonised particularly well, and the space could be described as tailor-made.

Thomas Schellhorn, Vice President Asset Management at Cabot, added that thanks to the effective cooperation of all parties, the lease agreement was concluded quickly and the property could be handed over for use immediately. He highlighted that this letting strengthens the growing European portfolio and underscores the continued attractiveness of the German logistics real estate market. The handover and occupancy of the space have already taken place.
