    To make a payment, residents can use:

    * A credit or debit card online or over the phone

    * A check sent by mail to the county collector

    * An e-check or bank billpay through their financial institution

    * In-person payments at the courthouse

    * The secure 24-hour drop box outside the Fifth Street Courthouse entrance
