dler & Stachenfeld LLP, a leading real estate law firm, has announced the addition of six attorneys from Seiden & Schein, P.C., including founding partner Alvin Schein and Hillary A. Potashnick. This move strengthens Adler & Stachenfeld's presence in New York City real estate law.
Alvin Schein will co-chair the NYC Real Estate Tax & Zoning Incentives Practice Group with YuhTyng "Tyng" Patka, a partner at Adler & Stachenfeld. Schein is an expert in cooperative, condominium, and affordable housing law, having filed over 200 inclusionary housing plans with the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
The addition of Schein and Potashnick will enhance Adler & Stachenfeld's ability to serve developer, owner, and lender clients navigating New York City's complex real estate landscape. The firm is expanding its Condominium & Cooperative Practice Group, which will be led by Hillary A. Potashnick.
