The 9,191‑sq‑ft duplex, priced at $65 million, sits atop the Upper East Side’s tallest tower. Inside, a private elevator opens to a gallery that leads to a 15‑foot‑high great room with a fireplace and sweeping city views. The first floor hosts a chef’s kitchen, formal dining, a butler’s pantry and a bedroom.
