ontinental Realty Corp. (CRC) has sold the 126,000‑sq‑ft Towne Square shopping center in Ocoee, Florida, to JBL Asset Management for $18.1 million. The property, located at 11029 West Colonial Drive in the Orlando metro area, was acquired by the Florida‑based investment manager. CRC had owned the center since 2015, during which it refreshed the tenant mix, upgraded parking, repainted the exterior, and improved the overall customer experience. CRC executive Rachel Lee highlighted the firm’s decade‑long strategy of leasing and capital improvements that boosted traffic and community value. Built in 1986, the center is anchored by Gabe’s and My Salon Suite and sits less than a mile from Orlando Health Central Hospital.
