n May 15, McColly Real Estate, in partnership with D.R. Horton and the Greater Portage Chamber, hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Bauer Farm, a new development in Portage. The event featured pastries, coffee, and other refreshments provided by Travelin' Tom's Coffee truck.

    Carter Casko, McColly Real Estate broker and Bauer Farm liaison, played a key role in the development's marketing efforts. He believes the ribbon-cutting ceremony was an effective way to inform the community about Bauer Farm's exciting features. "This event has been great," Casko said.
