This is a decrease from the previous week's 57 sales totaling $45.9 million. The average sale price per unit rose to $553,339, up from $387,771 in the prior week. According to Redfin data, the average price per square foot increased to $328 from $276.
The top condo sale was Unit 303 at Boca Beach Residences, selling for $9.6 million after 345 days on the market. This translates to a price of $2,218 per square foot. The listing agent was Jacqueline Feldman with One Sotheby's International Realty, and Lisa Bailey Levy with eXp Realty represented the buyer.
The second-highest sale was Unit 101N at 2600 Condo, selling for $3.6 million after 163 days on the market. This works out to a price of $1,678 per square foot. Jacqueline and Adam Zimmerman with Douglas Elliman had the listing, while Alyse and Justin Keller with Compass Florida represented the buyer.
