    With over 30 years of experience in retail transactions, Jeff has a proven track record of negotiating successful deals for landlords and tenants across the US. His expertise spans strategic project leasing, planning, merchandising, and guiding retailers into new markets. He is known for bringing a unique combination of insight, creativity, and vision to every deal.

    Jeff's client roster includes leading institutional landlords such as Regency Centers, Kimco, and Boston Properties, as well as notable tenants like X-Golf America, Orangetheory Fitness, and Eataly. His extensive industry relationships will enhance Charter Realty's position in the New England market.
