ondo sales in Broward County surged in the first week of December, despite a decline in average prices. From Dec. 2 to Dec. 9, brokers closed 154 condo sales totaling $58.4 million, up from 83 sales worth $32.3 million the previous week. However, the average sale price dropped to $379,013, down from $388,858 the week before.
The top 10 sales saw prices ranging from $700,000 to $5.7 million. Unit 2810 at L'Hermitage in Fort Lauderdale took the top spot with a $5.7 million closing, equating to $1,220 per square foot after 195 days on market. Deborah Ginsburg of Nest Seekers had the listing, and Victor Attias with Galt Ocean Realty brought the buyer.
