BRE has strengthened its U.S. Debt and Structured Finance capabilities by welcoming three industry veterans as Vice Chairs: Mark Fluent, David Milestone, and Bill Moyer. Based in Los Angeles, they bring extensive experience in executing complex commercial real estate financing transactions nationwide, with a combined total of over $150 billion in closed deals.
Fluent and Moyer join CBRE from Deutsche Bank, while Milestone joins from Newmark. This strategic move combines the expertise of two seasoned investment bankers and an experienced debt advisor, enhancing CBRE's ability to deliver tailored debt solutions to institutional clients across the U.S.
"I'm eager to reconnect with colleagues at CBRE," said Fluent, who has over 30 years of experience and previously led Deutsche Bank's originations team. "Together, we're well-positioned to enhance the value we provide to our clients."
Moyer brings over 25 years of industry expertise, having divided his responsibilities between Deutsche Bank's large loan team in New York City and overseeing originations in the Southwest. Milestone has more than 20 years of experience, with a proven track record of originating and executing debt transactions throughout the Western U.S.
"We look forward to providing our clients with the full advantages of the CBRE platform," said Milestone, who previously played a pivotal role at Eastdil Secured in growing its debt platform from $4 billion to over $60 billion in annual volume.
