icole Konsler has been appointed executive vice president of affiliate services for Christie's International Real Estate's Americas region. In this role, she will lead the U.S.-based team that supports nearly 50 real estate firms across North America, South America, and the Caribbean.
Konsler brings 17 years of industry experience to her new position, having worked at @properties and Christie's International Real Estate since the beginning of her career. Her focus has been on technology integration and agent training, with a recent stint as vice president of platform education. In this role, she helped brokers and agents implement the companies' suite of technologies.
Thad Wong, co-CEO of Christie's International Real Estate, praised Konsler for her ability to relate to clients and colleagues, combined with technical expertise and strategic thinking. He noted that she has consistently elevated support and value for agents and affiliates during her nearly two decades at @properties and Christie's International Real Estate.
The appointment comes as the real estate landscape continues to evolve following a series of acquisitions in 2021 and 2024. Chicago-based @properties acquired Christie's International Real Estate, which was later purchased by Compass along with @properties for approximately $444 million.
