lennon Heights Elementary in Lakewood has been sold to Glennon Properties LLC for $3 million. The school will be converted into a new location of the Jacob Academy, a preschool and daycare center.
Thompson Thrift, an Indiana-based developer, purchased a seven-acre lot at 44th Avenue and Kipling Street in Wheat Ridge for $8.5 million from 4600 Kipling LLC. The company plans to build a 225-unit apartment complex on the site, which will be its 20th location in Colorado.
Urban Land Conservancy, a local nonprofit, purchased the Brunetti Lofts apartments in RiNo for $3.12 million from the Volunteers of America. The income-restricted property has 23 units and helps residents move towards home ownership.

Malman Commercial real estate reports that Mueller Signs leased 9,816 industrial square feet at 1250 Simms St. in Lakewood, making the property 100% leased.
