1. HDJR Central LLC & HDJR Central II LLC sold 24,400 square feet at 1070 Virginia Center Pkwy in Henrico to Threelo LLC for $6.4 million. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer's Catharine Spangler represented the seller and James Ashby IV and Annie O'Connor assisted in the sale.
2. RBF I LLC purchased 23,785 square feet at 11601 Robious Road in Chesterfield for $4.65 million from Robious MOB Associates. David Wilkins and Hamilton Shaheen with Range Commercial Partners represented the seller.
3. Burke & Herbert Bank & Trust purchased a 1.265-acre site along West Broad Street at Route 288 in Goochland for $2.15 million from Notch Retail Development.
