T Real Estate Investment Trust (the "Trust") (TSX: CRT.UN) announced that its eight trustee nominees were elected at the Annual Meeting of Unitholders held on May 6, 2025. The detailed vote results are as follows:
The following eight nominees were elected as trustees by a significant majority of CT REIT units and special voting unit holders:
* Pauline Alimchandani: 193,052,944 votes (99.83%) with 336,637 withheld
* Heather Briant: 190,791,096 votes (98.66%) with 2,598,485 withheld
* Thomas J. (TJ) Flood: 192,663,277 votes (99.62%) with 726,304 withheld
* Anna Martini: 193,033,308 votes (99.82%) with 356,273 withheld
* Dean McCann: 192,244,779 votes (99.41%) with 1,144,802 withheld
* John O'Bryan: 192,901,009 votes (99.75%) with 488,572 withheld
* Kevin Salsberg: 193,252,071 votes (99.93%) with 137,510 withheld
* Kelly Smith: 193,224,923 votes (99.91%) with 164,658 withheld
Each elected trustee will serve on the board until the next annual election or until their successor is appointed.
CT REIT is a Canadian real estate investment trust that owns income-producing commercial properties primarily in Canada. Its portfolio consists of over 375 properties totaling more than 31 million square feet of gross leasable area, with Canadian Tire Corporation as its largest tenant.
