ehrdad Moayedi's Centurion American Development Group is set to build over 4,000 homes at Alpha Ranch, a 1,825-acre community north of Fort Worth along Highway 114. The development will be governed by the Alpha Ranch Water Control and Improvement District, which can issue bonds for infrastructure financing.
Construction on Phase one, featuring around 1,300 homes, is expected to begin next year with completion by late 2026. Participating builders include Ashton Woods Homes, D.R. Horton, and PulteGroup. The community will also have infrastructure for a Northwest Independent School District elementary campus, as well as over 100 acres of green space and commercial areas.
Centurion American has completed over 100,000 single-family lots since its inception in 1990 and is known for large-scale projects across North Texas. Other notable communities include Legacy Hills in Celina and Cottonwood in Grayson County. The company recently partnered with Forestar Group to acquire land in Celina for a new development and plans to build over 2,200 homesites in Van Alstyne.
