he Thurston Economic Development Council is partnering with NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, to host the 16th Annual South Sound Real Estate Forum on September 26th from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the SPSCC Lacey Campus located at 4220 6th Ave SE in Lacey. The event is open to all community members who are interested in learning about the latest trends in commercial and residential spaces, retail, and industrial properties in Thurston County. Tickets are available for $55 per person. The forum will feature MJR Development partner Mike McClure as one of the speakers who will share his insights on the state of real estate in Thurston County.
