The date of change in rights related to securities is set for April 21, 2025, but due to trading holidays on the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange, the actual ex-date is April 17, 2025. As of this date, new shareholders will not be entitled to 2024 dividends. On April 30, 2025, EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS will distribute a dividend of €1.11 per share.
