lex Guerrero, a former Los Angeles Dodger and Cuban-born power hitter, has transitioned from professional baseball to luxury development. His latest project, a $75 million spec house in Miami's exclusive North Bay Road neighborhood, is now on the market.
Guerrero's 10,250-square-foot ultra-modern home boasts 110 feet of waterfront with dockage for a 90-foot yacht. The property, designed by Valle Valle & Partners, features three kitchens, including an outdoor kitchen and catering kitchen, as well as seven planned bedrooms, including a 1,500-square-foot primary suite with private garden and balcony overlooking Biscayne Bay.
The estate will also include an infinity-edge pool, hot tub, and an impressive 18-car garage accessed through a sensor-activated waterfall. Guerrero's development is designed to attract buyers who want to customize their multimillion-dollar investment.
Guerrero, 38, has already had success in the real estate market, selling a Palm Island home for $17 million in 2023. He purchased the site of his North Bay Road project that same year for $13.6 million and is now hoping to more than quintuple his investment. The property is expected to be completed in 2026, but Guerrero is selling it unfinished to allow the buyer to put their own stamp on the luxury home.
