The average sale price rose to $343,326, compared to $276,614 the prior week, while the average price per square foot increased to $275 from $261.
The top 10 sales ranged from $700,000 to $3.7 million. Unit 1604 at Four Seasons Residences Fort Lauderdale led with a nearly $3.7 million closing, selling for $1,764 per square foot after 237 days on the market. The second-highest sale was unit 2504 at Jackson Tower Las Olas, which closed for $1.3 million or $688 per square foot.
