The average sale price rose to $343,326, compared to $276,614 the prior week, while the average price per square foot increased to $275 from $261.

Unit 1604 at Four Seasons Residences Fort Lauderdale led with a nearly $3.7 million closing, selling for $1,764 per square foot after 237 days on the market.
