BRE, a global real estate firm, has expanded its presence in Louisiana with the opening of a new office in Baton Rouge. The nine-person team is led by industry veterans Ty Gose and Michael Cashio, who joined CBRE as senior vice presidents. With over 33 years of combined experience in commercial brokerage at NAI Latter & Blum, they have successfully completed more than $1.5 billion in transactions.
The new office, located on Siegen Lane near Highland Road, aims to serve corporate clients and provide a full-service offering for the Baton Rouge market. CBRE's market leader, Peter Mainguy, notes that the company has been partnering with Gose and Cashio to service their corporate clients, making it a natural step to have them join the firm.
The Baton Rouge team will focus on commercial sales and leasing along Interstate 10 and 12 corridors, as well as throughout the state. This expansion complements CBRE's existing New Orleans office and enhances its presence in Louisiana. Mainguy emphasizes that the goal is to showcase CBRE's platform and unique specializations to the Baton Rouge market.
CBRE Group Inc., a Dallas-based Fortune 500 company, is the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, with over 140,000 employees serving clients in more than 100 countries.
