arsh McLennan, a New York City-based risk management and insurance firm, is expanding its presence in northern Dallas with a $15 million renovation of 78,000 square feet at Three Galleria Towers. The project, which spans floors 11 through 14, is expected to be completed by May next year.
The company has not disclosed plans for its current location at Walnut Glen Tower in Vickery Meadow. A spokesperson declined to comment on the matter, citing a policy of not discussing real estate transactions.
Piedmont Office Realty Trust, the landlord of Three Galleria Towers, announced that it had secured 93,000 square feet with a global professional services firm specializing in risk, strategy, and people. The company plans a $9 million renovation of the property, which boasts 1.4 million square feet of space.
The lease was part of 500,000 square feet of leasing completed by Piedmont in the second quarter of this year, including 350,000 square feet from new tenants occupying approximately 70% of vacant space. The identity of the tenant remains undisclosed, with a spokesperson describing it as a professional services company that values refined workplace experiences and curated programming.
