H
alstatt Real Estate Partners, a real estate private equity firm, has announced the sale of UnionWest at Creative Village, a mixed-use student housing tower in Orlando. The asset was purchased by Provident Resources Group and funded through tax-exempt and taxable bonds underwritten by BofA Securities.

The 15-story building features 644 student beds, over 100,000 square feet of academic space, and 11,000 square feet of street-level retail, along with a 600-space parking garage. Since its opening in August 2019, the tower has maintained strong occupancy levels.
