nter Miami has opened a retail store at Miami International Airport. The team leased nearly 200 square feet between gates D27 and D28, according to the Miami-Dade County news release. This store offers Inter Miami apparel, accessories, and fan gear. As part of its expansion, Inter Miami signed professional soccer player Lionel Messi last year and has a temporary home at Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale.
The team is eventually moving to the Miami Freedom Park soccer stadium at a mixed-use complex on the former Melreese Golf Course. The development is being led by David Beckham, Jorge Mas, and their partners.
Swiss bank UBS will be relocating its wealth advisory office from 550 Biltmore Way in Coral Gables to Constellation Group's new office project at 4225 Ponce de Leon Boulevard. The long-term lease spans over 33,200 square feet and is expected to last for at least 10 years.
Danish electric vehicles software tech company Monta has opened its North America headquarters in Wynwood. The company leased 5,500 square feet at 520 Northwest 27th Street and plans to have 30 employees by the end of next year.
