ast County's exclusive home sales continued to rise in 2024, with seven mansions selling for $4.2 million or more, two more than the previous year. The top 15 highest sales all exceeded $3.25 million, a milestone also achieved in 2023. Notably, two homes sold for over $6 million in 2024, whereas no sale reached that price point in 2023. The Lake Club dominated the top 15 list with eight sales, while The Concession had three.

    1. The Lake Club: $6.3 million - A home at 15420 Anchorage Place sold to Bruce Glazer and Janet Glazer for $6.3 million.

    2. The Lake Club: $6.28 million - SD TLC LLC sold a home at 15307 Anchorage Place to Frederick Burros Jr. for $6,275,000.

    3. The Concession: $5.95 million - Parkstone Holdings LLC sold a home at 20819 Parkstone Terrace to Brian McNulty for $5.95 million.

    4. The Concession: $4.65 million - Michael Hess sold his home at 8420 Lindrick Lane to Frances Krak and Kevin Krak for $4.65 million.

    5. Riverdale Revised: $4.55 million - Carlos Beruff and RR Five LLC sold a home at 632 Regatta Way to James Allen Matras for $4,525,000.

    6. Pomello Park: $4.3 million - John and Dorinda Maben sold two properties to Jason and Amanda Koplin for $4,295,000.

    7. Riverdale Revised: $4.2 million - Jill Hamm sold a home at 602 Regatta Way to Christopher Frederick for $4.2 million.

    8. The Lake Club: $3.8 million - Richard Fembleaux and Dianna Henderson sold their home at 8559 Pavia Way to Jeffrey Fetters for $3.8 million.
