    Farlow notes that this approach mirrors the strategy used by the National Association of Realtors, which prioritizes maximum exposure for listings. As one of the top listing websites, Zillow offers a significant advantage in terms of visibility, according to Farlow.

    In contrast, Compass uses a model that limits who can see a listing, which Farlow sees as counterproductive in a city like Quincy struggling with a housing crisis. He believes that limiting exposure does a disservice to sellers and hinders the sale of properties.
