Mann purchased the home in June 2023 for $4.8 million through Distinct Concierge Real Estate, who is also handling the current listing. The brokerage specializes in representing clients in the sports and entertainment industries, with founder Rod Watson and his family marketing Mann's property.
In his NBA career, Mann has appeared in 345 games since entering the league in 2019 as the 48th draft pick by the Clippers. He averaged 8.8 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.6 assists last season.
