scambia County's luxury housing market continued its strong performance in February, with multiple multimillion-dollar home sales. According to the Pensacola Association of Realtors' Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the average sale price for luxury homes was $2,169,000 last month.

    Here are the top 5 highest-selling homes in Escambia County throughout February:

    1. 1501 E. Lakeview Avenue, $2.4 million - This East Hill home was the most expensive sale of the month, closing at $2.4 million after being built just a year prior. The Victorian-style residence features six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, and a 500-square-foot detached garage.

    2. 16321 Tarpon Drive, $2.27 million - This waterfront home overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway was the runner-up for most expensive sale, closing at $2,275,000 after its construction finished in 2024. The two-story residence boasts four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and a covered patio with a built-in TV.

    3. 5941 Lagniappe Drive, $1.89 million - This custom-built waterfront home was the third-highest-selling home of the month, closing at approximately $1,895,000. The residence features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open-concept design with European-style architecture.
