Miami Beach waterfront estate asking $34.5 million led signed contracts in Miami-Dade County last week, according to the Eklund-Gomes report. The 10-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom home at 1350 West 29th Street has been sold by Edmond and Robin Leidesdorf after being listed with Michael LeDuc, Mirce Curkoski, and Albert Justo of The Waterfront Team at One Sotheby's International Realty. The Mediterranean-style property boasts 325 feet of waterfront frontage and two docks.

    The pending sale is one of ten contracts marked in the Multiple Listing Service between November 18 and 24, with an asking dollar volume totaling $123.6 million for eight single-family homes and two condos. Single-family homes averaged $12.8 million in price and spent 157 days on the market, while condos had a combined asking price of $21 million and averaged 136 days on the market.

    The second priciest home to enter into contract was a seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom house at 4 Harbor Point in Key Biscayne, listed for nearly $15 million. The priciest condo to find a buyer last week was a unit at Bayview at Fisher Island, listed by Carolina Pueyo of One Sotheby's International Realty for $10.8 million.

    In comparison, New York saw 22 homes sign contracts last week with an asking price of $220.6 million and an average market time of 630 days.
